Scott Paseltiner has a long history in the financial markets both as a trader at the Chicago Board Options Exchange for over 16 years and as a “serial” entrepreneur of start­up technology and biotechnology companies for over two decades.

He has either helped found, lead, finance or serve on the boards of nearly two dozen companies, and he has taken companies from concept to acquisition by publicly listed companies on several occasions. In 1972, Mr. Paseltiner graduated from the Wharton School of Finance with a B.S. in Economics, and he received his J.D. from the George Washington University School of Law in 1975.

Keith Bank is the Founder and Managing Partner of KB Partners and has a diverse background in start-up companies, real estate and other entrepreneurial ventures. He founded and serves on the Board of Directors of Club Champion Golf and was the past Chairman of SteadyMed Ltd. (NASDAQ:STDY). He also serves on the boards of Full Swing Golf, Phenix Real-Time Solutions, ANGLR, Hammerhead and Workforce Athletics and oversees the firm’s investments in MVPIndex, FanCompass and Shape Matrix.

Keith has been a very "hands on" venture capital and angel investor in a wide variety of industries, including the medical, semiconductor, internet, telecom, software, cable TV, sports and golf, consumer and retail, and social media arenas. Prior to forming the KB Partners venture funds, Mr. Bank co-founded and served on the Board and as President of MST Analytics, Inc., a semi-conductor product and services business which was successfully sold to ATMI, Inc., a public company, in 1999.

Keith was a founding board member of the Illinois Venture Capital Association, and served as its Chairman in 2005-2006. He was the recipient of the IVCA’s prestigious Fellows Medal in 2006. Keith founded, and for 16 years, served as the Chairman of the Chicago Select Golf Invitational, one of the largest American Cancer Society golf fundraising events in the country, having raised approximately $8 million under his guidance. He has been honored by Crain’s Chicago Business as a “40 Under 40”, a Who’s Who of Chicago Executives and as one of the 100 most prominent members of Chicago’s technology community. Keith is active in CEO’s against Cancer and NU Wave, an athletic fundraising vehicle for Northwestern University.

Prior to forming KB Partners in 1996, Keith was a Principal at HSA, a Chicago based national real estate development, investment, management and brokerage firm. There he was instrumental in the development, acquisition, financing, sale, and leasing of over three million square feet of property with a value in excess of $650 million. Other career highlights include co-founding a deep discount retailer, acquiring and completing a successful turnaround of a women’s apparel manufacturing and sales company, and procuring the equity and debt financing for, and serving as the Producer and Executive Producer of feature films entitled “Heaven is a Playground” (1991) and the BAFTA award winning "Tommy's Honour" (2017).

Keith graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA in Finance with honors from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He is 99% of the way towards achieving his goal of playing the Top 100 golf courses in the United States.

An Army Veteran, Emmy award winning, industry-leading media executive and technologist with experience as board member, CEO and CTO leading global media and internet companies in New York, Hollywood, and Silicon Valley.

Darren has spent his career driving “firsts” in digital media from the earliest days of the internet’s effect on the changing media landscape. After a GE honed pedigree and nearly a decade in “Big Media” (as the EVP, CTO for NBC Universal) where he successfully transitioned traditional broadcast television and film production to multi-platform digital delivery, Feher moved to Silicon Valley where he grew a high-tech venture backed start-up (Conviva) from raw science to a fully commercialized global business improving video streaming for iconic brands such as HBO, ESPN, Viacom, VEVO and many others reaching over 4 billion viewers a month.

Currently, Darren is the Co-founder and CEO of venture backed start-up, Vizbee located in New York City. Vizbee is the world’s first mobile and TV continuity platform which accelerates the growth of Over-the-Top (OTT) streaming businesses through a unique approach to universal casting and cross-device household targeting data. Vizbee’s patented technology allows publisher mobile apps to automatically detect nearby smart TVs and streaming devices, launch, control, and playback content instantly on them. The company recently completed a Series A led by Turner and is live on major brands such as CNN,TNT, TBS, EPIX, The NBA, and PGA.

Darren’s unique blend of experience spans TV production, technology development, big data, venture and strategic investment, leadership, advertising, new business models, emerging markets, acquisitions, and policy / standards work for companies of all stages giving him a unique perspective on the digital media marketplace. He has been a force behind many convention-breaking achievements including the creation of Hulu, the first “digital” Olympics coverage, TV Everywhere, early interactive TV applications, and the digital transition of TV.

Specifically, while at GE and NBCU, Feher held several executive posts including the longest tenure as Chief Technology Officer in the company’s history where he ran broadcast engineering as well as built the digital product teams that became NBCU’s digital businesses (,, Hulu etc.). He has run large organizations (600+) globally, lead acquisitions and integrations teams (Universal Pictures, Bravo, Telemundo, iVillage etc.), built the first media focused R&D lab in GE, fought online piracy, dealt with union labor issues, helped establish the Peacock equity fund and executed numerous high profile television events including Olympics, Saturday Night Live, Superbowl, Presidential Elections, Tentpole film releases (such as King Kong) and countless others.

Before NBCU, Darren spent time in various leadership roles at GE Corporate leading 6 Sigma teams in process improvement activities across the divisions as well as some of GE’s first global outsourcing efforts. This base still influences his passion for measurement and analytical approach to operational efficiency. Among his many accolades, Mr. Feher was awarded three Emmys for work in both television and the Internet. In 2009, he was awarded the GE Edison Award and joined a group recognized as the most impactful technologists in the history of General Electric.

His professional foundation was built first as a West Point graduate and former military telecommunications officer, refined as one of the youngest senior GE executives and broadened with the first hand experience running fast growing start-ups in Silicon Valley and NYC. He has raised $40M in early stage VC funding as both CEO and board member including a successful exit of Cliptamatic to Lerer Ventures backed NowThisMedia.

Darren has also served in an advisory capacity for NYC based Central Park Financial specializing in sell-side special situation dispositions. Feher also spent five years as an Army Signal Officer leading multichannel satellite voice, data and systems units, and was an Aide de Camp to 2 General Officers before being honorably discharged. Darren currently resides in Connecticut, is a father to 3 and is an active lacrosse player, Yogi, skier and guitarist.

Dr. Stefan Birrer is the inspiration behind the Phenix technologies, and under his leadership the company delivers unparalleled viewing experiences with near-zero latency, at broadcast scale and superb quality. A recognized authority on streaming video technology and networking, Dr. Birrer has also been an entrepreneur for almost two decades. He has developed and guided several projects from concept to market, highlighted by companies servicing hundreds of thousands of active monthly users and 24/7 availability.

He led real-time communication and video streaming projects at Skype and Rabbit, built financial and chat systems at Barclays and performed engineering research for IBM.

His research has produced over a dozen peer-reviewed papers and patents covering peering technologies and distributed systems. Dr. Birrer is the recipient of the Siemens Building Technologies Scholarship (2001) and the Mueller Martini Foundation Award for Culture, Science and Education (1997). In 2001, he received his B.S. in Computer Science from the University for Applied Science Aagau, Brugg­-Windisch (Switzerland), and both his M.S. (2004) and Ph.D. (2007) in Computer Science from Northwestern University with focus on scalable live video streaming.

Roy Reichbach is the CEO of Phenix Real Time Solutions, the world leader in the synchronous delivery of video in real time and at scale. Prior to joining Phenix, Roy was the President and CEO, and served on the Board of Directors, of NeuLion, Inc., a leading end to end streaming video platform. In that role, Roy engineered NeuLion's global expansion and led the team that negotiated and closed the sale of NeuLion to Endeavor, a leader in the creation and monetization of content. Prior to being elevated to CEO, Roy served as NeuLion's General Counsel.

Roy started his career as a trial lawyer in New York, then going on to manage litigation as VP-Legal at Computer Associates International, Inc., before joining the New York Islanders as General Counsel and representing the Islanders on the National Hockey League's Board of Governors.

He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Smile Train, the global charity providing free cleft repair to children worldwide. Roy holds a BA in Economics from Fordham University and a JD from Fordham Law School.

Long regarded as one of the media industry’s most influential executives, David Levy currently serves as the Founder at Back Nine Ventures, LLC, his recently formed sports consulting and investing firm. Prior to Back Nine, Levy served as President of Turner, offering content and advertising solutions to some of the most valuable brands in the world to audiences in sports, entertainment, news and children’s programming.

In his capacity as President, Levy oversaw Turner’s leading portfolio of domestic entertainment, sports, kids and young adult networks and businesses, including TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Boomerang, truTV, Turner Classic Movies, Bleacher Report and Turner Sports. He also led Turner’s two domestic revenue divisions – ad sales and distribution. During his 30-year tenure at Turner, Levy assumed executive oversight for increased investment in original premium content across the portfolio, and in 2018, Turner programming was nominated for 33 Emmy Awards.

Levy’s Turner Sports accomplishments were many since assuming leadership of the division in 2003. He was instrumental in deepening and expanding Turner’s media rights and defining the division via its association with premium sports content, brands and events, including the NBA, Major League Baseball and the PGA Tour. He negotiated a variety of multi-faceted agreements, each representing a significant change extending far beyond traditional television rights. In 2010, Levy orchestrated a landmark NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball deal, partnering with CBS for multi-media rights, including exclusive televised rights to the 2014 Final Four and National Championship Game in 2016. This marked the first time in the event’s history that these key games were televised by a cable network. In 2017, under Levy’s guidance, Turner added to its portfolio of premium sports properties by acquiring rights to UEFA, including UEFA Champions League, Europa League and the UEFA Super Cup. All were launched on B/R Live, the company’s direct to consumer offering.

Levy also led a significant expansion in digital media and new businesses designed to grow Turner’s portfolio. In 2012, he spearheaded Turner’s efforts in acquiring the Bleacher Report, a leading online multi-sport destination. In 2015, Turner purchased a majority stake in streaming video pioneer iStreamPlanet, expanding capabilities to offer live events and cultivate future digital opportunities. Adding to the mix, in 2016, Turner launched ELEAGUE, a new professional esports league created in partnership with WME/IMG, and FilmStruck, the company’s first U.S. domestic subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) service. It quickly followed in 2017 with Boomerang, its second SVOD offering. Additionally, David supported strategic investments in Refinery29 and Mashable, and championed new business alliances with Snapchat and Twitter.

David Levy has been the recipient of multiple awards for his professional achievement, including being elected to the Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame in 2012 and being named in 2018 by Sports Business Journal as one of the most influential executives over the past 20 years. In 2016, JDRF, the leading research and advocacy organization funding type 1 diabetes, honored Levy and his wife Niki, with the organization’s annual Humanitarian of the Year Award.

Ed Hulina joined the Phenix Board of Directors in early 2020. Ed has built and led teams at large global financial institutions on Wall Street and in the City of London, and at the leading investment management professional body. He has experience as an investor, business developer, client relationship manager, senior sales manager, risk management adviser, and currency derivatives trader. Ed has international perspective, having lived and worked for long stints in London, New York, and Chicago for UBS, RBS, and CFA Institute in various roles as a producer and a people leader. He helped lead the transition of UBS’s currency business from voice to electronic and managed their fixed income client franchise in the Americas through the global financial crisis. He served on the Board of Directors of FXall, a leading fintech company and multi-bank currency platform which subsequently had a successful IPO and acquisition by Thomson Reuters.

Ed has a deep understanding of global financial institutions, the markets and products they work with, and has worked closely with technology throughout his career, driving projects both large and small as a business sponsor and manager. Today he is an active investor in real estate and venture capital deals, including a retail real estate development platform in India with a leading sovereign wealth fund.

People, purpose, and greater good are as important to Ed as revenue and profit. He serves in positions on various non-profit boards and committees.

He graduated with a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois and obtained his MBA from the University of Chicago in the initial years of the Booth Executive MBA Program Europe in Barcelona. He continues to take occasional executive and masters level classes, as he is passionate about learning and evolving both professionally and personally.

Ed lives in the New York City area with his wife Amy and 3 children, and is avid about skiing, sports, exercise and the great outdoors.
